- Payout means what Airbnb or VRBO actually pays you, after their fees and taxes.
- Bookings count in the month they check in. A month with no bookings is the $50 minimum.
- Billed monthly, after the month ends, with a statement that lists each booking.
- No other fees. Cancel any time, with no cancellation fee.
- No card needed to start setup.
