Owners in any country can ask for early access. Once your spot opens, you create an account, connect Hospitable and fill in your property: shut-offs, vendors, contacts and the house manual. Phone numbers from any country are accepted for your vendors and contacts.

The guest phone line
A country’s line opens when we have a local phone number for it, the local notices and terms in place, and the right emergency number built in. The United States comes first.
What “ready” means for a country
- A local phone number guests can call and text
- That country’s emergency number in the safety instructions
- Local privacy, recording and AI-assistant notices
- Sales tax or VAT handled the way that country requires
Some countries are quicker than others. Phone numbers are easy to get in some places and slow or unavailable in others, so we won’t promise dates we don’t control.
