What OwnerRez is

OwnerRez is a separate software company that helps short-term rental owners and managers run their bookings. It keeps your properties, bookings, calendars and guests in one place and connects to Airbnb, VRBO and other booking sites. NightKeeper AI is not part of OwnerRez, and OwnerRez does not run NightKeeper.

How NightKeeper uses it

Once you connect your OwnerRez account, your properties, bookings and guests come in from OwnerRez, so NightKeeper knows who is staying and when, and recognizes a guest who calls. You can change any of it.

NightKeeper adds a one-line summary of each call to the booking’s internal notes in OwnerRez, which guests don’t see. It never changes your prices, calendars, payments or listings.

What you need

• An OwnerRez account with your property in it. OwnerRez sets its own plans and prices and bills you directly; NightKeeper’s own fee is listed on the pricing page.
• A NightKeeper account. NightKeeper never asks for your OwnerRez, Airbnb or VRBO password.

How connecting works

1. In the NightKeeper app, press Connect OwnerRez.
2. OwnerRez asks you to sign in and shows that “NightKeeper AI” is asking for access to your account. Approve it, and you come straight back to the app.
3. Your properties, bookings and guests come in. If you have more than one property, you pick the ones NightKeeper covers.

You can disconnect OwnerRez from the NightKeeper app at any time.
