Works with Hospitable
What Hospitable is
Hospitable is a separate software company that helps short-term rental owners run their bookings. It connects your Airbnb and VRBO accounts, bookings, calendars and guest messages in one place. NightKeeper AI is not part of Hospitable, and Hospitable does not run NightKeeper.
How NightKeeper uses it
NightKeeper runs on top of your Hospitable account. Once you connect it, your properties, bookings and house details come in from Hospitable, and NightKeeper answers guest messages and calls for those properties. You can change any of it.
What you need
- An active Hospitable account on a paid plan. Hospitable’s Host plan covers up to 2 properties; its Professional plan is for 3 or more.
- Your Airbnb or VRBO accounts already linked to Hospitable. NightKeeper never asks for your Airbnb or VRBO password.
Hospitable’s prices and plans are set by Hospitable and can change. They were checked on October 3, 2026. Hospitable bills you directly for its plan; NightKeeper’s own fee is listed on the pricing page.
How connecting works
Authorize NightKeeper from your Hospitable account with one click. You can disconnect it from Hospitable at any time.
