Response times for a person, published at launch. We won’t sell a faster time than the people on duty can meet.
We never hold your money. You pay vendors and bookings directly, at their price.
Plain terms, published before the first member joins.
Life safety first. In an emergency we tell you to call 911 (or your local emergency number), then we call your people.
